Grim Photography is a Halifax-based event and portrait photographer. She is known for her colourful style, attention to detail, and ability to work with her environment. In this workshop, she'll be sharing tips and tricks to make any ordinary location extraordinary.
In part one of the workshop, you will learn the basic functions of your camera and how to use them. For this section, a DSLR, or a camera you can control the shutter speed, aperture/F-stop, and ISO, will be required. In part two, we'll head out into the beautiful scenery surrounding The Center to put our new skills into action! All cameras are welcome for this practice-based portion of the workshop. Even your cellphone!
Whether you're hoping to improve your skills as a photographer, take better travel photos, or epic photos of your pets... building on a strong foundation of knowledge is key. Come make a day of learning, photographing in nature, and meeting new friends!
