Spectrum Surf Queens County

Spectrum Surf is a surf event which pairs a surfing mentor with a child or adolescent diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their siblings.

The Spectrum Surf Queens County event is happening Saturday, July 7 at Summerville Beach. This year, any volunteer surf mentors coming from out of town are invited to stay at the Harrison Lewis Coastal Discovery Centre. Accommodations include bunks in shared cabins at $25/person per night, with full use of facilities, including full kitchen, showers (x1 indoor/x2 outdoor), bathrooms, fireplace with firewood, wireless Internet, and access to trail systems/Sandy Bay Beach. A maximum of 20 people can be accommodated in the cabins, but there is also an option for people to tent at $15/person per night.
